Habanero announces new slot themed around Asian culture and history

Habanero, Asian slots and table games provider rapidly expanding into Europe, announced a release of a new slot themed around Asian culture and history, named Fenghuang after a city in China.

The new HTML5 slot game can be enjoyed on desktop, table or phone and it features a fixed 28-payline game for 20 coins and pays left to right and, in the bonus game, right to left as well.

Fenghuang features an Asian theme with birds, dragons, and various creatures. A beautiful bird and an impressive dragon wait on reels one and five before drifting towards each other until they finally collide to spawn a massive 2×3 blocked Wild symbol.

New creatures can appear at any time during free spins. This gives players even more chance to score massive wins – which don’t stop until all the birds and dragons have exited the screen.

Habanero Head of Sales Daniel Long said the slot’s engaging game play and low volatility will make it a hit among players – particularly those in search of Asian adventure.

He added: “We are really thrilled to be launching Fenghuang, which we believe our operator partners and players alike will love. It’s a visually stunning game, coupled with an authentic and atmospheric soundtrack to boot.”

“We wanted to create a theme based around Asian culture and history, and present it in a fun and engaging way. Operators are demanding more quality content, so this slot should prove successful in markets far and wide.”

Fenghuang follows Jugglenaut, Ocean’s Call, Gangsters, and Sparta as the latest additions to Habanero’s portfolio of 70 slots titles, 10 table games and 10 video poker games. These are now integrated into over 25 operators, including 13 European ones.
